Yvonne kept missing the rooms she found in Thailand, so she started making them in Lisbon. Free, regular, open to anyone.

Life passes quickly. We are always optimizing our lives, but without mindfulness we are working too much like robots instead of actually enjoying it.
So the gatherings are here for us to enjoy, to learn, to share, and to connect.
